Yearly activities include: weekend quilt camp, quilt show with an anual miniature quilt auction, guild challange, secret pals, and a fun activity: the "brown bag challange" (Participants bring 3 or 4 fabrics in a brown bag with their name sealed inside an envelope fastened to the outside of the bag. The bags are enchanged, the envelope is removed, and the recipient's name is written on the outside of the envelope. These are collected and saved. Participants then have 4 or 5 months to make a small wall hanging, top only, with the fabrics in the bag. They are then brought back to guild, and the envelopes are opened, names are revealed, and the tops are given back to the person who originally brought the fabrics. So you get your own fabrics back, but it's a suprise what they have been made into.)
