Carolyn McCormick of Bozeman, Montana has produced a tool for rotary
cutting from templates. It is called the ADD-A-QUARTER. You draft your
block as usual, make templates drawn on the stitching line, and then use
the ADD-A-QUARTER to rotary cut up to 6 layers, automatically adding the
1/4 inch seam allowance. I use it for intricate blocks like Wheel of
Fortune, and it's slick! Available in 2 sizes. Ask for it at your local
quilt shop.
