What are your quilting New Year's resolutions?

Finish hand quilting my Montana Cartwheel , while serving as predident of my guild and making a top for our auction!

to try to get at least 20 more arcs sewn for my double wedding ring quilt... which reqires finding/getting more FQ's (sheesh)
Sandra McPherson :
I'd like to spend even less time cooking and cleaning so that I can make more quilts. I have a son who does cook most nights, but I don't trust my husband to cook on the other nights.

I resolve to purhase a digtial quilting package fore my wife, I just nit sure which to one acquire, ia anyone willing to assist?

To finish at least one UFO and to complete more baby quilts for "Heart Warmers" of the Central Oklahoma Quilt Guild. These are given to Ronald MacDonald House and to Women's shelters for children and babies. I receive so much joy knowing I am helping to keep a child warm. God has blessed me richly in doing this.

Make at least one baby quilt for the Crisis Pregnancy Center each month--well, average maybe. Catch up on some UFOs. Decide who gets a new quilt for Christmas early and get started before November on those.

Get organized! I'm going to reorganize all my fabric, set up my work area into stations so it is more functional. I need more storage space so I am looking for some good pieces of older furnitue that I can use and make this large corner of my finished basement an area I enjoy working in. Right now that lack of organization and many projects is getting to me. stations th

3-fold Ideas:
I intend on making more scrap quilts with the fabric stash that is taking over my house. Working on a sweatshirt jacket that I can crazy quilt or have some fun with! I need more quilt-y things around me!I also want to make as many quilts for MYSELF as I do for friends and family!
Lastly: I'm refurbishing 3 wonderful quilts that I was given by a granny: going to rehab them, and store them in acid free paper and boxes like the treasures they are:although I'll miss seeing them: it's for the BEST!

I am a relatively new quilter. I have only been quilting for a year and a half and have completed maybe eleven quilts (small wall hangings included) that have mostly been straight-line piecing. So, my quilting resolution for this year is to learn at least three new techniques. I am thinking of: curved piecing, trapunto, and... something else.I don't know what yet!

To finish the UFOs that are whining at me...start projects with the fabric that is complaining...and start doing more art quilty stuff.

In 2005, I'd like to finish at least a few of the projects I inherited when my mother-in-law died (she left a LOT of U.F.O.s). I'd also like to try some patterns that are a higher difficulty than I have undertaken in the past. I also want to do some quilts to donate to various charitable organizations because even though you can never have too much fabric, I'm rapidly approaching the limit!!!

As a novice, I resolve to try 3 new patterns that are out of my comfort zone. I want to add to my skills base by finding new challenges!
